    Eating disorders are not just about food and eating. A complex constellation of factors combine in their development and in the recovery process. An eating disorder occurs when the focus of a person’s everyday life centers obsessively around food and weight. These food thoughts and behaviors present in response to underlying emotional issues.

    At Eden Nutrition, we believe that full recovery is possible and work with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in moving toward it. Nutritional repletion and weight restoration are core components of the recovery process. Through nutritional counseling, clients will move safely through the re-feeding process while receiving education regarding the physiological consequences of eating disorder behaviors.
